There are not many precise varieties that one know how to get in Himachal Pradesh. A lengthy-time bond with Punjab and huge-range journey of Tibetans ensured the blow of the Tibetan and Punjabi cooking on Himachal.

Non-vegetarian food is relatively accepted too in Himachal Pradesh.
